About Cosmic Wave Films
Cosmic Wave Films was founded by Nick and Angela, two movie nerds who knew how to operate a VCR before we learned our ABCs. As kids, we lost ourselves in Friday night Blockbuster runs and weekends spent binging Disney films, Labyrinth, Indiana Jones, Star Wars, Scooby Doo, and Young Frankenstein. If you love those films, plus shows like Buffy, What We Do in the Shadows, and The Office, you're going to love our style.
We've finally found an opportunity to transform our passion for storytelling into writing, directing, and producing captivating original stories known for their awesome ensemble casts, thoughtful writing, and high production value. We're grateful to draw from Orlando's fantastic talent pool to cast our films, featuring noteworthy performances from up-and-coming actors who have won Best of Orlando awards for their theater performances, booked work on films and shows produced by Disney and Apple TV, and visionary crew who have contributed to award-winning commercial work including major titles like Stranger Things.
